Standard Dock

Max Standard Dock is the original offering from the Max family of marine products and is one of the main reasons why Max has earned its reputation as one of the highest quality marine docks on the market today.

Max Dock Sections are designed to withstand the high walk traffic, weight loads, running, jumping pounding and harsh environmental conditions a dock must endure each season.

Most Docks Just Don't
Stack Up...

Standard Dock

Each section starts with a heavy-duty extruded aluminum stringer designed specifically for each tread panel that makes up the walking surface, whether pressure-treated wood, aluminum or vinyl decking. An aluminum "MAX Stack Frame" superstructure of double hollow, triple hollow or single hollow tubing is fitted within the stringers to support the panels, adding tremendous strength and rigidity to the dock section, the exception being Max standard wood dock. The MAX Stack Frame superstructure is a critical step in producing a high quality dock which lasts for decades and produces an exceptional walk and secure feel.

Max Stack Frame Superstructure

Standard Dock

All vinyl and aluminum dock sections Max Stack Frame superstructures are welded together and tread panels are either welded or secured with stainless fasteners to ensure a quite, strong, safe, rattle-free dock section.

Vinyl The Environmentally Friendly Choice

Max Vinyl decking docks have grown in popularity over the last decade because of the decking panels water resistance, anti-slip surface, and slotted design. The slotted design also allows water to flow through the panels, protecting your dock from being lifted up and potentially damaged during storms or flooding on lake and river systems. The design also makes vinyl decking the environmentally friendly choice because it allows sunlight to penetrate the surface, not affecting the waters naturally growing organisms.

Standard Dock

Max Standard Sure-Step dock is available in four foot wide by ten foot long sections and either gray or tan decking color choices. The ten foot mill finish stringer with a single hollow stacked superstructure is the foundation of this dock. Each panel is secured using stainless steel self tapping machine screws. The finished product provides a quality dock section with the benefits of vinyl decking at an affordable price. Each Sure-Step panel comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Sure-Step dock can be supported either by MaxStands or Maxlocs see your dealer for complete details.

Standard Dock

Max Mill Finish aluminum dock provides durability, strength and a firm walking surface and is a nice alternative to Max Signature anodized aluminum dock sections, when you're looking for a less expensive option. Max welds each individual panel to the superstructure to assure a rattle-free walk. Each panel is also spaced to allow air flow between the panels to keep the walking surface cool on hot summer days. When compared to tongue and groove solid aluminum panels with no spaces for the heat to dissipate and noisier non-welded panels, you can see why Max is the best choice when choosing an aluminum dock system.

Standard Dock

Max Standard Wood dock is offered with the traditional mill aluminum stringer system and is available in either three or four foot widths. Max uses a high quality pressure treated wood with two full-length supports to secure the wood treads together. Each section is hand-built at the Max plant to assure quality and consistency.

Max Welded Wood dock sections have an additional single hollow aluminum support stacked frame system welded in under the wood decking to add rigidity and take some of the bounce out of the walk, which is common with a wood dock system. You can keep the natural pine deck look or stain the deck to the color of your liking at home. Max universal dock triangles, steps, and platforms can be added to enhance your system. Maxstands & Maxlocs support your desired dock layout and configuration.

Max offers a complete line of accessories to complete your dock-scape, including universal triangles, platform configurations, Maxsteps, cleats and solar lighting. Go To: Max Dock Accessories
